Families pay when they book. FlickUp holds it until 2 days after you deliver the photos, then pays you straight to your bank through Stripe.
The background check
Youth games need a Checkr background check. It costs $55, paid once when you sign up, and takes a few days. You get a Cleared badge on your profile when it passes.
On the sideline
- Show up before kickoff, then tap “Mark covered” after the game.
- Stay on the sideline or a designated shoot area. No locker rooms.
- No one-on-one time with a player, and no messaging minors.
- Don’t post identifiable kids publicly without the parent’s written okay.
- Upload the photos to the booking, ideally within a day or two.
