What we collect
Account info: your name, email, role, and the ZIP code or city you give us.
Bookings: the game or event, venue, time, who booked, and which photographer covered it. Games and events you add yourself are shown to photographers nearby.
Photos a photographer uploads for your booking, plus reviews and reports you send us.
Photographers: background check status from Checkr (Cleared, in progress, or not cleared). We never show the report itself on a profile.
Payments are not live yet. When they are, Stripe will handle card details and FlickUp will not store card numbers.
Who sees what
Game cards show club, age group, and venue only, never player names. A photographer’s profile, score, and reviews are public.
Booking photos are stored privately. Only the person who booked and the photographer can see or download them.
Photos of minors
A parent or guardian controls a minor’s photos. Outsiders cannot search a child’s name. You can ask for any photo of you or your child to be removed at any time.
Emails and cookies
We send emails about your bookings, like a new request, a confirmation, or photos being ready. We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers.
We don’t sell personal data
FlickUp LLC does not sell personal data. We share only what our service providers need to run the site: Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), Resend (email), Checkr (background checks), and Stripe (payments, once live). We share information if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and bookings while your account is open. You can delete your account any time from the Account page (or email us), and we will remove your personal data and photos except what the law requires us to keep.
