FlickUp LLC, a New Jersey company, runs an online marketplace that connects players, parents, and teams with local sports photographers for games, training, and other events.

FlickUp is not the photographer. Photographers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FlickUp LLC, and they are responsible for their own gear, travel, and work.

You need a free account to book, add a game or event, or leave a review. Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must set up or approve your account. A parent or guardian books for a minor and controls that minor’s photos.

A booking is an agreement between you and the photographer. FlickUp helps you find each other, shows availability, and keeps a record of the booking.

You can cancel a request until the photographer confirms it. After that, contact the photographer or FlickUp support. Game times and venues come from league schedules and users, so check them before you go.

Before a photographer can take a booking at a youth game, they must pass a Checkr background check (identity, national criminal, and sex offender registry). FlickUp can pause or remove an account right away if a report or check calls for it.

No locker rooms. No one-on-one time with a minor. Sideline or a designated shoot area only.

Payments are not live yet. Once they are, they will run through Stripe, and FlickUp will show any platform fee before you book.

Photographers keep the copyright in their photos. The person who booked gets a personal license to download, print, and share the photos from their booking. Photographers may not sell or publish photos of a minor without the parent or guardian’s okay.

Only the person who booked and the photographer can see a booking’s photos. You can ask for any photo of you or your child to be removed at any time.

Reviews must be honest and about a real booking. No personal information, threats, or harassment. FlickUp may remove reviews that break these rules.

Fake accounts or bookings, contacting minors directly, harassment, sharing someone else’s personal information, or trying to get around the platform’s safety rules. FlickUp can suspend or close accounts that do these things.

FlickUp is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FlickUp LLC is not responsible for what happens at a game or event, or for a photographer’s work, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid FlickUp for the booking in question.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
