Safety

Safety at FlickUp

Every photographer is cleared before they shoot a kids’ game.

For families

Teams are private. Outsiders cannot search a child’s name, team, or photos.

A parent or guardian controls a minor’s photos. Players under 13 do not get a public profile.

You can request removal of your child’s photos at any time.

Share links expire. Do not post full galleries on public social apps.

Report a photographer or a photo from any event page.

For coaches

Only invite people who belong on that team.

Confirm the field, arrival time, and that the shooter stays on the sideline.

You can cancel a booking if the photographer is not cleared.

For photographers

Youth games and trainings require a matched government ID and a background check.

Until status is Cleared, youth Book buttons stay locked.

No locker rooms, no one-on-one meetups with a player, no posting identifiable minors without written parent permission.

Stay on the sideline or designated shoot area.

Break these rules and the account is blocked.
